Section 1: Forum Behavior
Section 2: Hack Submission
Section 3: What to do if...

Section 1:
1.1: No flaming or trolling!
Violation will result in a 24 hour ban!

1.2: Post the right things in the right forum!
Warning the first two times, and a 24 hour ban the third.

1.3: Do not bump threads older than 1 month!
Violation will result in a ban the length of one hour times the amount of days the thread has remained inactive for!


Section 2:
2.1: Submit an ips patch!
Submission of ROMS will result in a 24 hour ban the first time, and an IP ban the second!

2.2: Post screenshots!
Screenshots give players an idea of what the hack will be like. No screenshots is an instant removal reason. At least 3 is preferable. (The title screen, the overworld, and some level screens.)

2.3: No blatant edits!
Seriously. People are sick of playing through the original level 105(Except for Glitch.Mr).

2.4: Submit Joke/Kaizo hacks in the appropriate thread!
The main forum is for hacks that people would have a fun time playing.

2.5: Don't submit other people's content without permission!
A warning the first time, a 24 hour ban the second, and a restriction from the Hack forum the third time!


Section 3:

3.1: What to do if you see someone trolling, flaming, or harassing someone
Contact anyone capable of banning the user.

3.2: What to do if you see a link to a ROM
Contact either AnybodyAgrees, JDC, or Wormer21.

3.3 What to do if you receive a spammy PM
Contact an Admin.

3.4: What to do if you see someone being promoted to staff, and then being demoted
Contact AnybodyAgrees.
