New Forum suggestions

So it's cool that this place is in it's starting stage, so I thought it would be good to see what you think regarding forum suggestions so Anybody Agrees can implement them later.
There are 3 forums for releasing hacks, but none for discussing hacks. Maybe a 'hack discussion' forum would be great here.

It would be also good to make some forum rules just in case if someone would join and decide to spam.

May I also suggest adding some categories?
If you have done so, change the heirachy so it displays them.

Go into admin panel, change the 'Structure and Hierarchy' section to something like "Top level" so it displays categories.

Can you also move staff forum to the top? It's kind of strange at the bottom, but that's because I'm used to it being at the top.
